Lauren from OPAAT Health present a hands-on, interactive, fun, inspiring workshop on how to make fermented vegetables at home to enhance your gut, immune and overall health. You will make your own batch of my signature recipe of Spanish style fermented coleslaw, ready to take home. Handouts, recipes and instructions the airlock vessel, quality culture are provided along with taste testing and ongoing support.
